🏖️ Suite Etna – The sea outside your door

Suite Etna is a completely renovated vacation home, ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday just steps from the beach. Located on the Fondachello di Mascali seafront, in the province of Catania, it offers a perfect location between the sea, nature, and hiking. The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a beachfront building, with direct access to the beach in less than a minute. The accommodation comprises a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed (140x190 cm), a cozy, air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a modern bathroom with shower, and a private balcony where you can enjoy breakfast overlooking Mount Etna or relax after a day of hiking. 👕 There's also a washing machine, perfect for longer stays, and all the comforts: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a 50" Smart TV, a clothesline, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and kitchen utensils. The area is well-served by everything you need to make your stay pleasant and convenient: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, bakeries, and ice cream parlors are all within walking distance. For a seaside lunch or dinner, we recommend Brezza di Mare and L'Ancora, known for their traditional Sicilian dishes and quality service. Thanks to its strategic location, the property is also perfect for visiting some of eastern Sicily's most beautiful destinations: Taormina (25 minutes), Mount Etna (45 minutes), the Alcantara Gorges, Acireale, Catania, and the characteristic Riposto marina, where boat excursions depart, are all within easy reach by car. The Etna Suite is the ideal choice for couples, families, or groups of friends seeking a comfortable, relaxing, and authentically Sicilian vacation.

Private parking is available outside the property but only upon specific request made at the time of booking.

We recommend arriving by car to make the most of the opportunity to visit most of the places of tourist interest. There are various car rental options in the area.

On request there is the possibility of a parking space but this will be confirmed only at the time of booking.

The very bright building has an excellent southern exposure with a view of the sea and Etna Volcano. It is located on the Fondachello seafront about 40 meters from the beach. The apartment is located on the third floor. (There are no lifts). By accessing through an armored door you enter a common room and from this finally to the apartment. There is also the possibility of renting the adjoining apartment (same characteristics) with 4 beds (see Fondachello Beach House1). The structure was renovated in 2019 and was supplied with new furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances including a Lavazza "A Modo Mio" coffee machine. It is equipped with air conditioning (heat pump) in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room kitchen and new washing Machine.
